Stuart Broad got into David Warner’s head during Ashes, says Australia coach Justin Langer

Australia coach Justin Langer states David Warner let England bowler Stuart Broad to”get into??his mind”, but added that he intends to persist with him at the Test team for??the Australian summer.
Warner endured a runs of scores in England, ending with this record’s listing runs created by a Test opener across a five-match series, tallying just 95 finished his 10 innings – .
Langer has supported Warner to bounce back, though has indicated his own struggles influenced him from Broad, who captured out him seven times from 10.
“I have learned during an extended period you never write off champion players, it does not matter what game, you never write off champion players,” said Langer, whose team retained the Ashes with a 2-2 series draw.
“They tend to come great, do not they? So he has had a series, no doubt about this, but he’s also a champion player, therefore typically that they get a little more time to produce good.
“He had this particular series, it did not go to plan, but he’s noticed how successful he has been and the impact he could have on Australian cricket teams winning, so I am confident he’ll come good.
“Really, I am hopeful he comes good. Speaking honestly, I believed he let Broad enter his head and I believe he thought about it.
“I used to have it against Murali [Muttiah Muralitharan] and that I could not fix the issue, and it is so hard once you’re attempting to problem-solve then you are in the midst of a big series seeking to fix the puzzle.
“In this instance I do not think David solved the mystery, and he’ll be the first to admit that.
“He will probably be very relieved if he receives on the trip home knowing he does not need to confront Broad for a while, I guess.”
Langer included he was amenable to the idea of England coach Trevor Bayliss performing a future role for Australia.
Bayliss has voiced interest in working in some capacity following the conclusion of his predominate with England which finished to deny Australia a series triumph in England for his country.
“Bayliss, from a personal point of view and as a mentor, so I’m sure I will learn a great deal from TB, whether he is open for it,” said Langer.
“He’s a veteran campaigner, he’s an Australian. I know he’s done a great job for England but now I know that he enjoys Australia too, so who knows what could happen there.”
