Tottenham squad have total faith in Mauricio Pochettino, says Harry Winks

Harry Winks insists Tottenhams players are behind under-pressure boss Mauricio Pochettino and are determined to make it through the presentdark days, states midfielder Harry Winks.
Spurs have been turned into crisis this season and also a terror week saw them follow a 7-2 beating by Bayern Munich in the Champions League with a 3-0 loss.
Pochettino – that guided the club to the Champions League last five weeks ago – has had to defend his own stance, insisting he doesnt fear the sack.
Winks insists the players continue playing for Pochettino, although there are issues at the club, beginning with a squad that needs refreshing.
Hes our manager. He has been wonderful ever since he has been at the club and also taken the team to new heights, Winks explained.
At the moment we are going through a tiny rough patch. That happens in football, every club travels through it.
Its important we stay up as men and get through those dark days, and we can get back to playing well and winning as far as we could.
In the past six years weve come such a long way, weve become a title-challenging facet. But it hasnt been revealed this year by us, weve just shown it.
In some matches weve played really well but for the vast majority of this year we have not shown what were about.
It is important we look back on it and reflect so realise it has not been great enough, no excuses. The only means we can put it right is back in training and the following match.
It has never been bad under Pochettino as it was in Brighton, in which Spurs – not assisted by a Hugo Lloris howler in the minute – place in an abysmal display.
Winks came on in half-time but couldnt influence the result and apologised to the clubs lovers.
At the end of the match we went over to our lovers and apologised because were Tottenham Hotspur and this performance was not great enough.
Brighton played really well but our standards are a lot greater than we showed and we need to execute far better than this. So to all fans who witnessed this and those that travelled we apologise.
