NASCAR at Charlotte: Odds, fantasy advice, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch

NASCAR’s first visit to the Roval (half street course, half oval) is going to likely be at Charlotte per week plus a whole lot is up for debate.
Will this race play similar to a road course like Watkins Glen with a number of wide open sections where motorists can pick up some speed, or can it perform more like an intermediate track in which drivers Martin Truex Jr. and Kevin Harvick have dominated so often over the last couple of decades?
The truth lies somewhere in the middle, or possibly a little. BET Chicago says the Roval can play 33 percent like Watkins Glen, 33 percent just like Charlotte Motor Speedway and another 33 percent like an intermediate course.
That is a lot to digest, but this is a race where going chalk is the smartest choice. Watkins Glen is loved by kyle Busch; he’s success on intermediate tracks as well and he’s coming off of a win. If he isn’t out in front he’s the favorite at 3/1 and will probably be stalking the chief.
