European Qualifiers round-up: Cristiano Ronaldo scores four in emphatic Portugal win

Cristiano Ronaldo scored four goals as Portugal secured a 5-1 victory against Lithuania.
Ronaldo scored first in the first half and added three in the second after the hosts had equalised before half-time.
William Carvalho wrapped a second successive qualifying success for the defending European Champions.
The win moved Portugal around second spot with eight points, five behind leaders Ukraine but with a match in hand.
Third-placed Serbia won 3-1 at Luxembourg to keep the pressure up .
World champions France saw Andorra 3-0 at Stade de France off to keep the pressure on at Euro 2020 qualification Group H.’s top
Using Antoine Griezmann also viewing a penalty shield Clement Lenglet and kingsley Coman scored in each half.
Substitute Wissam Ben Yedder tapped home a third.
Together with Turkey winning away 4-0 in Moldova, Didier Deschamps’ side today find themselves in the table head-to-head record – but three points clear of Iceland, who were beaten 4-2 at Albania.
Czech Republic moved in Group A after a 3-0 win in Montenegro into second place over Kosovo.
Next up for Jaroslav Silhavy’s negative is a home clash with England, who extended his lead at the peak of the band following a 5-3 win against Kosovo, on October 11.
