Bovada is not paying over 3500 in winnings, saying that I was performing Reverse action which is banned as per their rules. As a betfair consumer for a long time, I have been using cash-out to book profits the majority of the times. Since Bovada doesnt provide this kind of ability I was gambling on either side to make profit with my cash funds. Reverse action as described on their website is:”Reverse Activity isn’t allowed. Reverse Activity is described as gambling both sides of a single event for the purpose of achieving a stated minimum amount of betting activity in order to qualify for bonuses.” This obviously states to be eligible for bonuses, folks bet on either side to ensure minimum wagering requirement is met. But I was not even interested in their bonus. I did opt-in for 500 bonus while depositing 2000, but soon recognized the 5x wagering is on the total amount of 2500 rather than just bonus amount. So cancelled it mid-way. I should be free to do anything I would like to do with my own money funds – either wager on either side OR no sides – it’s my money, and I should be able to play the way I would like to. However, Tony from confirmation team wont listen. He grabbed all my winnings (I had over 7200$ in my account) and gave my first deposit of 3400$ back. Is there a way to get my winnings out of Bovada? I’m hugely disappointed that I trusted this A rated bookmaker with my money.
